Free standard shipping applies to every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from order placement to dispatch.
- Delivery after shipment: 3–5 business days from dispatch to delivery.
- Expected total: approximately 4–7 business days from order placement to delivery.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, high order volume, or address problems may cause delays.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking activity can take time to appear after a label is created.
Delivery addresses
Please review the delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows a delivery problem or your parcel cannot be located, contact service@dossior.com with your order number. We will review the available order and carrier information.
Destinations outside the United States
Availability and shipping charges for destinations outside the United States, if offered, are shown at checkout. This policy does not promise delivery to a destination that the checkout does not support.
